Responsibilities
• Serve customers and provide excellent hospitality• Take orders and deliver food and beverages• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues• Work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures• Upsell menu items and promote special offers• Handle cash and credit card transactions• Adhere to company policies and procedures• Attend training and development sessions
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older• Previous service experience strongly preferred• Must be eligible to work in the US• Commitment to creating the best experience for guests• Drive to succeed
