Take food orders, summarize, and write tickets accurately, and input into the POS in a timely manner. Ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all residents. Maintain a clean dining and service area for all. Help in the back of the house at the end of food service if needed. Reset tables for the next meal service. Attend all service staff meetings to address problems, concerns, or plans. Adhere to all policies and procedures of Cogir Senior Living. If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat: Customer service focus, a big smile, and compassion for our residents. Team player attitude and love working with people! Strong verbal and written communication skills. High School Diploma or equivalent. Food Handler's Permit/Serve Safe or ability to obtain (per state regulations). Previous experience in food service or other customer-related fields is preferred. Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus, but no experience is necessary!
