Server Assistant

Michelin rated Indienne is in search of an experienced server assistant who is comfortable in a fine dining, high-touch setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Marking correct utensils and wine glasses for each course of the tasting menu 
- Clearing courses, crumbing and resetting tables to restaurant specifications
- Filling water glasses
- Working in partnership with the server in your section to give high-level hospitality to every guest, taking instruction from them when there are specific dietary restrictions or notes about a table
- Ability to commit all of the menus to memory and effectively communicate them to our guests.
- Complete opening, running and closing sidework correctly and completely.
