As the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility and drive organic traffic. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize website content, conduct keyword research, analyze data, and monitor performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all digital content. Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including technical audits, link building, and website performance optimization. Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and user engagement metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms. Provide regular reporting and insights on SEO performance to stakeholders and management. Work closely with web developers to implement technical SEO recommendations and ensure website infrastructure supports SEO goals. Identify and resolve technical SEO issues that may impact website performance or search engine rankings. Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to leverage SEO opportunities in content promotion and digital campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO strategies and implementation. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with website optimization techniques, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS). Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and achieve SEO goals. Certification in SEO or related field (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) is a plus.
