Senior Workday Program Manager

Title: Senior Workday Program Manager Personnel Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience. A minimum of 6 Years' experience leading enterprise Programs, of which at least 4 years must be specialized. Specialized experience includes: Experience in completing Workday or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems implementation from inception to deployment. Ability to provide guidance and direction in the tasks similar to the sample tasks provided in the Statement of Work. Proven expertise in the management and control of funds and resources. Capabilities Serves as the contractor counterpart to the Government program/technical manager for Workday programs and implementations. Manages substantial program/technical support operations involving multiple projects/task orders and personnel at diverse locations. Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and execution of all program/technical support activities and leverages in-depth knowledge and skills across various project methodologies to manage the complete lifecycle of SaaS technology projects.
