CementationJob Title:Executive Vice President of OperationsLocationUtah (local and international relocation available)Reports to:Managing DirectorCementation has partnered with CSG to search for a new EVP Operations to lead and continue the successful growth of their US-based business, Cementation USA. Reporting to the Managing Director, the EVP of Operations will be a member of the global Executive Leadership Team.The incumbent will have overall executive responsibility for health, safety and environment across US operations and accountability for strategic growth and business development activities.Cementation has a strong track record in delivering some of the world's most complex and niche underground projects while building long-term relationships with its clients. A fundamental expectation of this role will be continuing this tradition and ensuring future growth opportunities.Key responsibilities include:Accountability for operations and maintenance of all underground and surface projects while ensuring work is undertaken safely and cost-effectively to achieve or exceed targets.Demonstrating leadership to all stakeholders and ensuring strategic plans are aligned with the overall strategic vision for Cementation Americas.Leading the overall consolidation of and submission of budgets and assessments.Leading all business development, estimating, and contractual negotiation activities.Serving as a member on any boards or advisory bodies of the company or the company's subsidiaries or affiliates as requested from time to time by the Managing Director.Background15+ years of progressive management experience in an engineering/construction or design/build organization dealing with heavy industrial projects, preferably mining-oriented.Experience with underground development and construction environments.Demonstrated commitment to excellence in health, safety and environment.Commercially minded and able to lead successful multidisciplinary teams.This role would suit a progressive and high-performing leader who clearly identifies with Cementation's vision, values, and purpose and has a genuine passion for the industry.
