We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Tech Product Manager to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh PA, Lake Mary, FL, or New York, NY. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Sets product vision, defines the solution scope and responsible for creating backlog, epics and validating requirements. Sets business strategy by working with business and stakeholders and shares the requirements with the team. Provides technical leadership within the Treasury Services business working on the Bank as a Service Product set. Gathers and analyses information and provides recommendations to address strategic business objectives that span multiple, business and technology areas.Serves in a cross-program role to ensure quality of the deliverables within the the business. Drives innovation and strategic solutions within global, mission-critical, large-scale programs. Directs and assists team to elicit, challenge, and prioritize requirements, translate into functional design and use case models. Actively influences software and/or systems development process improvement initiatives. Manages the project scope, objectives, constraints and assumptions for a large, strategic, multi-year program. Provides leadership and guidance in the development of the technical design, test plans, and user documentation.Leads implementation/conversion strategy planning and implementation. Manages scope and change throughout the initiative utilizing formal change control and requirements traceability. Participates in industry forums and keeps current and knowledgeable of the specific business needs for their area of responsibility. Contributes to the achievement of related area objectives. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $100,000 and $182,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
