We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, AML/FCC Advisory – BNY Mellon Investment Management. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA, - HYBRID.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Provide challenge and oversight while supporting BNY Mellon's various global Investment Management businesses, which are primarily Registered Investment Advisors/Asset Managers.Act as AML Officer for one or more BNY Mellon Registered Investment Advisors, including BNY Mellon Advisors, Inc.Collaborate cross-regionally with Investment Management business and risk partners to support transformational initiatives. Provide support and guidance to Investment Management MLROs with respect to relevant Regulation, Firm Policy and Procedures and industry best practices for AML/KYC/CDD and other matters. Works closely with Enterprise partners in AML/FCC as it relates to regulatory examinations, Risk Assessments, significant escalations, Compliance Testing, and Internal Audit Reviews.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business and Risk and Compliance areas supported.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.10-12 years of total work experience with 1-3 years of management experience preferred.Professional Certification such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or FINRA licenses preferred.At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
