It also seeks to cultivate and foster technical innovation, as well as elevate and amplify the technical heartbeat of the organization.Execute a UX research strategy and process that ensures the user voice is present in product decisions and produces actionable insights that inform design and development. Plan and execute User Experience research studies, leveraging a wide variety of qualitative methods and quantitative methods. Works collaboratively with product management, development, and user design teams to identify business goals and research opportunities throughout the product life cycle. Create research reports, customer journey maps, user personas and other content to help communicate insights and recommendations to influence design decisionsKey Responsibilities• Owns research artifact delivery for multiple domains or initiatives. Provides guidance and mentorship to more junior researchers as they develop and deliver research artifacts. Proactively generates research artifacts to drive progress and provides recommendations on process and methodology improvements.• Drives the use of established and evolving team processes and toolkits according to internal standards and best practices. Partners with peer senior researchers, research operations and research and design leadership to identify and solution process improvements. Participates and leads efforts in broader research forums to advance the practice of research.• Partners with cross-functional peers and senior managers. Drives the effective use and evolution of research practice and its adoption.• Shares research insights to broad audiences in a variety of forums and formats. May present research programs and new insights to cross[1]functional partners. Advocates for research standard processes in organization-wide forums.• Leads a program of research, guiding longer-term exploratory studies that address complex research questions. Leads workshop facilitation, insights curation, storytelling, advising product strategy. Stay up to date with the latest trends, standard processes, and emerging methodologies in UX research and incorporate them into the research processes.• Advocate for the user by optimally communicating research findings and insights to partners, influencing product strategy and design decisions.• Continuously evaluate and improve research methods and processes to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of research activities.
