Innova solutions is hiring for a Senior UX Designer .
Title: Senior UX Designer Locations: Charlotte, NC & NYC, NY (Hybrid), (3 days onsite/2 wfh) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Position Type: Contract Required Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of designing user experiences for web and mobile applications, preferably in the financial services industry.
At least 4 years of experience working at a financial institution or within the finance services industry.
Expert in UI design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Knowledge of CSS and Storybook
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects and design solutions.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and interaction design.
Experience in streamlining complicated enterprise software.
Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of databases, data pipelines, data visualization techniques, APIs, and web technologies is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas to diverse stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Knowledge of current UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $65-$70per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
