Responsibilities:
Proactively devise solutions that require coordination among various infrastructure engineering and application teams.

Identify and resolve program-level impediments, communicating any unresolved issues and recommending corrective actions.
Manage project risks and develop response strategies, including contingency plans linked to scope, schedule, and cost.
Independently identify and manage technical dependencies across product delivery teams.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, such as scrum of scrums, and provide clear communication of program status to participants and stakeholders.
Adapt methodologies to suit the needs of cross-functional development teams, collaborating with product delivery teams and traditional scrum masters as necessary.
Communicate any unresolved issues or potential timeline concerns to relevant stakeholders and take appropriate corrective actions.
Cultivate strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders, handling project escalations and addressing customer concerns.
