We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Product Owner with experience in application delivery in an enterprise setting through an Agile process. Our Senior Technical Product Owner, own B2B eCommerce product features and capabilities being built in our modern cloud hosted platform, from idea through deployment. They will work actively with dedicated application engineering teams, defining, prioritizing, reviewing, validating, and approving application features. They act as the voice of the customer, business stakeholders and ensure capabilities being built align to the product vision and roadmap. They are comfortable interacting with architects, engineers, testers, operations leaders across the enterprise. They can effectively communicate and collaborate with these multiple stakeholders in championing the application features through the entire agile SDLC.
Responsibilities : Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Enterprise and Ops teams) in gathering requirements and defining product (functional and non-functional) features and user stories.
Defining outcome impacts and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that product requirements are understood, estimated, and implemented correctly.
Inspecting the product progress during each iteration and exercise authority to accept or reject work.
Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups, demos.
Become a SME. Provide clear and actionable guidance to engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Make data-driven decisions in guiding and leading decision making.
Champion and coordinate delivery of capabilities over for the product from ideation through deployment, in an enterprise environment.
Qualifications/Critical Skills : 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree (in computer science, engineering, or a related field) or equivalent experience.
Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technical environment.
Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience working in an agile development environment, preferably with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with user-centered design principles and ability to advocate for user needs.
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
Hands on Experience with Product management tools (JIRA / Confluence / etc.).
High degree of ownership, organized, and has delivered features end-to-end from conception through go-live.
Additional Skills : Experience in healthcare logistics industry a big +
Experience working with Global distributed engineering teams a big +
Experience with the Hybris ordering platform
Experience with APIs
Experience in eCommerce

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
