Our client, located in Aurora Ohio is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting all hiring managers.
Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Aurora, Ohio
Pay Range: $33.65-36.20/hr based on experience
What's the Job?
Source, interview and extend verbal and written offers
Conduct full on-boarding process
Assist HR on projects and a good understianf on all employment law.
Maintain and update online job boards, professional networks, colleges, technical schools, etc.
Create and implement a full cycle recruiting process to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
What's Needed?
4-5 years of experience in a corporate or agency environment
Must have experience recruiting engineers, R&D plant and administrative positions.
Proactive recruitment style. Not a post and pray mentality.
