Senior Kofax Systems Engineer Cognizant Digital Practice helps clients reinvent products, experiences, and business models to create new value, differentiation, and drive revenue in the digital economy. Location: Hartford, CT or Remote Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in US. Responsibilities: Manage and Administrate Kofax (Kofax TotalAgility & Insight) infrastructure in all environments. Perform platform Upgrade and Fix pack installations for KTA and Insight Ensure Stability of Kofax Infrastructure Coordinate & work with various customers from technology & business teams. Ensure alignment of Kofax best practices and standards from different Kofax teams. Work on solve and analyzing root cause for issues in KTA and Insight. Design and develop solutions that meet the functional and non-functional requirements. Maintain and create custom dashboards in Kofax Insights Support business as needed with code promotion from Dev to Production Required Qualifications: Should have hands-on experience in Architecture, Design, Development, Maintenance and supporting advanced document capture solutions using Kofax TotalAgility, & Kofax Insights Has lead projects to upgrade, migrate, patch of enterprise applications (preferably Kofax TotalAgility and Insights) History/shown ability to quickly learn and support new enterprise applications in a production support setting (Incident, Problem tickets, Change controls) Should have experience in developing meaningful KPIs on enterprise application system health and implementing security improvements Should have several years of experience in engineering support (Windows, Active Directory, enabling high availability with KTA) and should be proficient with MS SQL Should have the ability to quickly analyze and identify root cause for issues while balancing customer and business priority Development experience in C# .NET Applications will be accepted until 05/13/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $86,000 – $123,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
