Responsibilities
• Monitor performance; troubleshoot issues across servers, storage, and backups.• Develop and maintain thorough documentation diagrams, playbooks, specifications.• Automate tasks through scripting and streamline processes using ITSM tools.• Provide excellent stakeholder service through prompt issue resolution and clear communication.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.• Proven years of deep experience, and strength of expertise with managing enterprise infrastructure and systems.• Strong documentation skills - architectures, procedures, troubleshooting guides.• Extensive experience with server and storage hardware - installation, configuration, maintenance, lifecycle management.• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues.• Expertise with Veeam and backups in general - design, implementation, management, monitoring, backup/recovery.• In-depth knowledge of NetApp storage systems.• Skilled at configuration, connectivity, optimization, troubleshooting.• Strong background in designing and managing disaster recovery (DR) solutions.• Outstanding expertise with Azure storage and related services.
