Senior Superintendent Requirements: 12 years experience as a Superintendent  Demonstrated success in managing large ($35M ) and complex projects. Holds a Class A Contractor Supervisor Certificate in a Colorado Front Range municipality or ability to attain within 12 months. LEED accredidation is a plus.
