The ChallengeTheSenior Strategic Planning Manageris part of the CFO organization, reports into the Senior Director, Corporate Strategy and oversees OneTrust’s strategic planning process.The Corporate Strategy function has been established to drive execution towards measurable outcomes, aligned to OneTrust’s strategic plan. It is accountable for providing clarity and expertise, defining sequencing and trade-offs, recommending best capital allocation options and providing oversight to the Executive Team across all large cross-functional initiatives at play.Your MissionThe Senior Strategic Planning Manager will:Lead the strategic planning cycle to support our executive team in crafting and tracking the execution of OneTrust annual strategic plan and updates required throughout the year, orchestrating efficient meetings to facilitate these discussionsContinuously improve OneTrust’s execution tracking framework (process and system) to drive accountability around business priorities and allow leadership to continuously focus on what matters most and course correct where neededCheck-in with initiatives’ directly responsible individuals (DRIs) to ensure they are driving the right outcomes and outlining updates to senior leadershipCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives that drive growth and value for OneTrust, leveraging analytical skills and industry expertise that align with the company's goals and visionDevelop management reports and board presentations that provide clear and concise insights, enabling effective communication and decision-making at all levels of the organizationSupport functional leaders to align their goals with the organization's overall goals, adapting as the company grows and be a trusted advisor who gives honest opinions and different perspectives on strategic topicsProvide support and advice to the executive team, aiding in decision-making and planning, making sure the executive team is well informed and ready for all engagementsConnect the dots and ensure the right people are speaking with each other by organizing meetings and schedules and prepping agendas, briefings, and materials for executive meetingsHelp leadership to communicate the vision and decisions to the rest of the company and facilitate communication between the executive and other members of the leadership team, disseminating important information to relevant stakeholdersYou Are2-5 years of consulting experience in leading consulting firmProven experience with strategic planning practicesExposure to SaaS industry and Technology is a plusDemonstrated experience within a corporate environment and large-scale strategic projectsWe are looking for a business athlete - someone who is intellectually curious, thrives on solving complex problems, can operate across a wide variety of situations, and approaches their work with humility and honestyCollaborative work styleStrong organization skills and attention to detailsAbility to multi-task and arbitrate between conflicting priorities with clear target setting and follow-through capability in a fast-paced work environmentOutstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with reporting teams, stakeholders, and executives, and ability to influence othersAbility to constructively challenge leaders and call a spade a spade with diplomacyExtra AwesomeKnowledge of the privacy & security SaaS industryStrong analytical skills, including the ability to perform rigorous financial and valuation analyses and to work with key operational metricsFamiliarity with accounting principles are a plus
