A successful candidate will be responsible for defining future platform architecture for AI/ML workloads and therefore planning IP and technology roadmap to prepare for the future innovation. Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose Headquarters 3-4 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time with an average of 10-20% travel per month.Reports to: Corporate VP, Product PlanningOwn the roadmap and strategy for AI/ML compute platform architecture for datacenter applicationDefine the platform architecture of AI/ML processing system for datacenter, consisting of compute chiplet, memory chiplet, I/O hub chiplet, chiplet integration in 2.5D/3D package, and high-speed interconnect between chiplets and chips.
