Role Overview:
As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will be integral in managing our financial records, including performing month-end closings, handling inventory accounting, and leading the annual audit for each property under your guidance. This role allows you to work autonomously, providing a hybrid work schedule with the flexibility to work from home during critical financial periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and adjust journal entries and manage general ledger operations.
Complete monthly financial reporting for assigned portfolios.
Manage inventory accounting for various business outlets.
Coordinate and oversee annual audits for all managed properties.
Serve as the primary financial contact for properties, addressing all related inquiries.
Investigate and resolve any financial discrepancies within your portfolio.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, complemented by at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keenness for learning.
