Senior Software Engineer at Resource Innovations
Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our project managers and technical teams to design, develop, and implement software applications.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Develop high-quality software design and architecture

Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle

Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code

Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting

Review code written by other team members and provide feedback

Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

5+ years of experience in software development

Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++

Strong understanding of software design principles

Experience with Agile methodologies

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
