We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our conversational AI and clinical automation platforms. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and healthcare experts to design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions that facilitate seamless communication between patients, medical professionals, and healthcare systems.
Responsibilities + Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems
+ Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality code to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software products.
+ Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to ensure the adoption of best practices and alignment with the overall technology roadmap.
+ Work closely with product managers to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver features in a timely manner.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
