As an integral member of ourteam,you willbe responsible forcreatingthe overarching data and reporting strategy tosupport the managementand optimization of the recruiting functionandassistin improving the operations and decision-making of our business.An ideal candidate willpossessstrong problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities in addition tostrong mathematical, analytical, and data modeling skills.The ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable reports. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-working skills.You should be flexible and able to work independently or in a team.Joining the human resources team at CoStar Group, you will contribute to the creation ofa highly successful,fast paced,growth oriented, global organization.Ourpeoplevision and strategy are aligned with CoStar Group's overall businessobjectives, and at its core is centered on attracting,retaining, and developing diverse talent in the communities that weoperatewithin.Key Responsibilities:Building the future of the analytical infrastructure necessary to drive some of the most critical decisions in both the operations and the businessLeverage a data first approach toidentifycritical business trends to deliver both insights and specific actionable recommendations to the businessPartner with recruiting operations and leadership team to deliver analysisBuild andmaintaincritical dashboards, reports and presentations that enable key leaders to understand, interpret and make decisions in a data first wayTesting processes, policies, and protocols for efficiency and improvements.BasicRequirements:A bachelor's degree indata analytics, finance, statistics, computer science, or related fieldrequiredfrom an accredited,not for-profitcollege or university8+years of experience with professional data analysis2+ years leading and developing withopen-sourcedata technologiesTrack recordof commitment topreviousemployersExperienceutilizingPower BI and SQLFamiliarity with data modeling software and Excel softwarePreferred Qualifications:?Master's Degree or PhD in a Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field?Significantexperiencein statistical or econometrics hands-on work?Experience manipulating and performing analysis with large data sets?Experience in developing statistical or econometric models?Experience invalidatingstatistical or econometric models?Experience with data governance?Experience with predictive analytics?What'sin it for you????When you join CoStar Group,you'llexperience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.??We offer you generous compensation and performance-based incentives.
