Key Responsibilities :
Conduct full-cycle recruitment, targeting candidates who enrich workplace diversity.
Collaborate with account management to cultivate robust relationships with clients and candidates, delivering top-notch service.
Harness advanced Boolean search strings and multiple sourcing tools to discover exceptional talent.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the recruitment journey, from crafting job postings to securing candidate placements.
Communicate strategic insights clearly, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
Skills and Qualifications :
3+ years in agency recruitment with a knack for strategic thinking.
A proven partnership approach with account management teams, enhancing client and candidate experiences.
Exceptional organizational acumen coupled with an eagle eye for detail.
Articulate in communication, both verbally and in writing.
Expertise in Boolean searches and a suite of sourcing tools.
Skilled in using applicant tracking systems and managing candidate databases.
Competent in thorough candidate evaluations and effective negotiation to seal the deal.
Dedicated to building diverse candidate pipelines and championing inclusive recruitment.
