Based in our EAST WENATCHEE, WA location, you will provide technical leadership in the development of our technologies, products and processes to meet company objectives for quality, cost, schedule and performance goals. You will be an integral part of a team that designs, develops and builds our customized units that measure pressure and temperature in a host of applications from oil wells to satellites. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Apply technical expertise in the development of products and processes. Apply new technology, unique concepts and novel approaches with high levels of technical risk. Develop and implement quality and reliability requirements for new product definitions and tackle sophisticated quality and reliability problems. Make decisions related to development and implementation of product auditing, re-qualification, equipment and procedures for products, processes and materials. Prepare detailed plans vital to complete work on complex projects. Own the development of a total prevention, detection, appraisal and corrective action quality plan. Prepare and maintain quality/reliability technical procedures to support Quality Assurance Manual, customer and industry requirements. Work directly with customer quality, management, and other company personnel.

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science from an engineering school. Five (5) years of applicable experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read, write, speak English to follow written instructions and drawings. Must be a US Person per ITAR Regulations. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Certified Auditor (ASQ-American Society for Quality or equivalent). Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt from recognized institution. Certified Lean Manufacturing Practitioner from recognized institution. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate. We provide increases throughout the year and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to this role.
