Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the procurement and inventory control process, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient utilization of resources• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan procurement, and ensure timely delivery of materials• Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records and identify discrepancies• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues or delays• Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering as needed to maintain optimal stock levels• Communicate and maintain relationships with authorized vendor partners, including evaluating vendor fit and providing input on new vendors and product lines• Work closely with the manager to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in procurement and inventory management• Manage contracts with suppliers, negotiate pricing terms, and monitor compliance with contractual agreements
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, inventory control, supply chain management, or related roles• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace• Experience with ERP software and inventory software is a plus• Mandarin language proficiency
