Senior Project Manager

We are one of the South East's fastest growing commercial General Contractors. We build across the commercial sectors, light industrial, industrial and multi-family as well. Currently with about 100 employees now, we are looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to our growing team in our Raleigh office. If this sounds like a fit, please read on and apply!
What you will do: Commercial, Industrial projects, new construction Managing the project management team and working with the site crews Scheduling, staffing, training etc. Working with executive teams to ensure project completion on time and on budget What you need: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager 5+ years of Commercial & Industrial Construction experience BS in Construction Management or related field Benefits Competitive Base ($175,000 - $185,000) + Bonus 401k Match Full Medical, Dental & Vision - 100% paid by employer HSA, FSA Life/Disability insurance 10 Days PTO, 10 Paid Holidays Cell, Auto Allowance & Laptop Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
