Description of work:

Provide comprehensive project management support for two concurrent, mission-critical University Services initiatives: Transportation & Parking

Services (TPS)

– replacement of current software (NuPark) which manages both parking management and commuter management. We are at the end of the RFP with this program and have selected 2 SaaS vendors – one for parking management, and one for commuter management. Implementation is expected to complete by end of June 2024 with follow-on work taking approximately 1 year.

Housing & Real Estate Services (HRES)

– replacement of current software (HMS Odyssey/RezCenter) which manages both student and rental housing. This project is just getting under way with a RFI being issued by the end of the month. There is a very aggressive timeline due to the current vendor announcing product end-of-life on December 31, 2025. We are targeting a go-live of July 1, 2025 to align with our fiscal year.

This position will work closely with University Services Information Technology, Project Sponsors, Project Leads, one or more Business Analysts, and Product Vendors to plan and execute project tasks, manage issues and risks, and report on project status, from project initiation to close-out

PMP certification

Salary: $102.00 - $105.00 per hour
