In this role you will engage in managing the implementation and configuration of the Litify platform (Salesforce) in order to migrate our clients, set them up for success on Litify, and ensure a timely and smooth go-live on their projects.What You'll Do:Develop and own the client relationship throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects. Plan and drive timelines and aim for on-time and on-budget delivery with successful completion of all in scope project work. Identify project risks and develop and lead risk mitigation plansManage project scope and document and present change orders for out of scope deliverablesOwn / host kickoff meetings, recurring touch points during the project, etc. and provide weekly status updates to stakeholdersTogether, collaborate with the other team members from the Service Delivery teams during the project, allocating resources and tracking project tasks. Travel to customers on site as needed (ex: UAT, Go-Live, etc)Mentor and coach project management team to improve delivery and encourage skill developmentSupport development and adherence to internal project methodologyWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of project management or program experienceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with managing customer and vendor budgets and forecasting project resourcesStrong attention to detailExcellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve resultsStrong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholdersUnderstanding of Salesforce technology; Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 and/or have previous experience working on Salesforce implementation projectsAbility to document customer business requirements and translate to high-level technical requirements for internal team membersA bachelor's degree from an accredited university Willing to travel (~20%) Nice to Have:Experience working for or with personal injury firms, full-service firms, insurance defense companies, corporate legal departments, in-house counsel, staff attorneysExperience with matter/case management, timekeeping, billing practices, financial/account solutions or ERP solutionsProject Management Institute certificationDisclosure:The estimated pay range for this role is $95,000-110,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
