Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Rate: Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
Job Summary:
Bachelors degree required Masters degree preferred or related experience
7 years of Business Analysis Project/Program Management experience required with proven ability to independently manage multiple related and concurrent workstreams
PMP PgMP PMIACP and/or CSM certification strongly preferred
Asset Management domain expertise with experience managing software delivery is highly preferred
Proven ability as liaison between technical teams and business visionaries not a go between but rather facilitator and someone who can capture the vision from both points of view into a cohesive roadmap and implementation plan
Proven ability to write wellformed clear documentation
Excellent communication and presentation skills with particular emphasis on leadership and executive stakeholders
Significant experience and a demonstrated track record in successful and on time delivery of large highprofile Projects/Programs with nonnegotiable deadlines.
Expert organizational skills and proven ability to structure complex initiatives
Absolute passion for enhancing client and user experience through technology
Experience with Agile/Kanban/Waterfall Software Development
