About the role Join our product training team where you will deliver training to security installation companies, distributors and end users. Training is provided at the customer's premises or a suitable locations booked by Paxton. The role will be based out of Greenville, SC, with travel to surrounding areas in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
Deliver high-quality technical training sessions for installers both virtually and in-person across multiple sites, such as Paxton offices, Distributor venues, or installer premises, as well as virtual
Lead hands-on training seminars and sessions, hosted by Paxton. Create engaging training sessions, courses and materials for training sessions and seminars. Regularly review training materials and eLearning modules to ensure they are up to date, effective and clear, updating as needed for product changes or releases. Create and develop new eLearning courses to support product launches, feature releases, and business requirements. Ensure training equipment is well-maintained, regularly updated, and prepared sufficient literature. Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to organize, promote, and deliver Paxton-hosted training sessions. Support identifying sales opportunities and deliver feedback gathered during training. Administrate and update Paxton's CRM system, managing installer bookings for training sessions and updating information post-training. Manage Paxton's Learning Management System (LMS), enrolling users, providing troubleshooting and user support. Assist in the preparation, setup, and execution of exhibitions and roadshows. Stay updated on product changes, updates, and developments. Provide monthly reports summarizing individual successes, opportunities, and additional insights. Ability to commit to travel requirements to attend training events, across the country. What are we looking for? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Previous experience delivering, technical training, both in-person and virtually. Experience in creating training content, eLearning content and materials. Due to the travel requirements but you will need to hold a valid clean drivers license. The right attitude is more important to us than your skills or experience.
