You will use your experience to deliver the brokerage toolset of the future. Working closely with technical functions, UX, brand operators, and third-party vendors you will ensure that value is being provided to our customer base of real estate brokers. You will partner with teams across Anywhere to craft integrated solutions ultimately defining the why, what, and when of the product to be built by our exceptional team of engineers.Your expertise in creating performant, flexible experiences and build cross-team & brand partnerships will be a key differentiator in this role. In addition to driving our experiences, you will act as a product leader on a number of efforts, able to represent the team and product, ensuring we create and deliver a coherent Franchising Experience story.We're looking for you to bring a new perspective and your unique voice to our team to help foster an inclusive environment and encourage a growth mindset!What you'll do:Serve as an inspiring leader in your product area, demonstrating your curiosity, user and market research along with data analysis skills to chart a profitable path for your product that meets user needsLead day-to-day product activities from vision to roadmap to implementationInfluence one of the high visibility/high impact areas and have an immediate positive impact on our usersDrive usability studies, intuitive navigation, and investigate data to gain customer insightsDefine product roadmaps, work with engineering to build the products and coordinate across internal partnersUse product feedback loops to be a champion of voice-of-customer, using research, product instrumentation and operational data to make informed decisions.What you'll need to succeed:Effective communicator, able to present product details and importance to various audiences both to internal and external partners.Creative problem solving and the desire to conceptualize and build new productsExperience with evaluating technical solution designs to ensure they meet business requirements and long-term product goals.Experience working with multiple vendors and technical teams (both internal and offshore)Comfort operating in a highly matrixed organization relying on building support in other groups to influence through others, deliver results, and earn trust quickly of the organization and leadersA clear understanding of how companies make money, how our company makes money and how our customers make money.
