We're looking for a strong Senior Product Manager-Technical to join our team in Seattle, WA or Austin, TX. You should have strong technical problem-solving skills, product management skills, excellent communication skills, an understanding of how developers build, manage and deploy their infrastructure and applications. While our team is builds security tooling, security expertise is not required. You should possess the ability to influence people across the organization from tech leadership to business managers by creating win-win solutions, and the desire to be an individual contributor to support Amazon's next generation technology. To do this, you must be able to manage competing needs of multiple internal customer groups and create certainty out of ambiguity while having a firm grasp over the operational and technical aspects of our tools.
Key job responsibilities
* Build and manage the product roadmap for a foundational internal security tool
* Establish regular touch-points with customer groups to understand their pain-points and long-term needs
* Negotiate competing priorities between leadership and various customer groups
* Define and own key performance indicators for the tool
