Join us in our mission to positively impact US cardiology.?About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our healthcare technology products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of healthcare providers and patients. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and work remotely.What you'll do:Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare market, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, to inform product strategy and drive innovation.Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.Work deeply with engineering and data teams to ensure the products are developed for scale and automationAnalyze competitor products and market trends to inform product positioning and differentiation strategies.Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that products meet the needs and expectations of healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging, and support sales and marketing efforts to drive product adoption and revenue growth.Monitor and analyze product performance, including key metrics and KPIs, and use insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare technology trends, best practices, and regulations, and provide guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.What you'll need:Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration)5-8 years of product management experience within the healthcare or health tech industry, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling digital health productsExperience in healthcare services/ physician services domain experience with focus on patient workflows, provider and practice workflows and revenue cycle management  Experience in gathering end user feedback and incorporating the feedback to improve usabilityBe data driven in measuring product performance as well as RoI for the product features launchedSolid understanding of healthcare systems, interoperability, and electronic health records (EHR)Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with Agile or other product management methodologies and toolsPrevious startup experience preferred.Healthcare experience required. Who you are:Action OrientedEffective CommunicatorData-drivenSelf-starterProduct/tech EnthusiastYouwill work out of one of the following locations:Remote: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, WyomingAdditional InformationFull-time base salary range of $150,000 to $170,000 plus medical, dental, and vision.
