Location: NYC, DC, Atlanta, Chicago, Irving, or Oakland - In-office 2 days a week

As a Senior Product Designer your primary focus will involve enhancing purchase and post-transaction onboarding experiences. This exciting opportunity will enable you to spearhead e-commerce projects across multiple platforms. You will utilize conversion rates and throughput data to refine aesthetic elements, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.



Responsibilities: Design and refine user experiences for mobile apps and web platforms, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction, brand perception, and conversion rates. Act as a subject matter expert in e-commerce UX/UI design, utilizing data and user research to inform and justify design decisions. Collaborate on various projects, displaying flexibility and the ability to adapt to new challenges, while also mentoring team members and providing constructive feedback. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in design, Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2C product design, encompassing mobile and native app design for iOS, Android, and web platforms, with a robust portfolio featuring high-quality case studies. At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or similar complex design environments. Proficiency in Figma, motion design, and project management tools like Jira. Strong communication skills and a user-centric approach to design. Offer: Competitive pay rate ($70- $80 per hour) depending on experience.
