Workrise is hiring a Senior Product Designer, responsible for designing solutions collaboratively within a cross-functional team. This individual will own and lead a complex or strategic set of priorities. The ideal candidate loves solving complex problems and sweating the details – designing tools and workflows that are valuable, usable, and needed by internal teams and customers. They will represent their product to peers and leaders across Workrise, propose new ideas and coordinate with and/or mentors other designers.This role will be focused on optimizing the Workrise platform, spending the majority of their time working with partners to define processes and design products that support our internal teams and result in excellent customer experiences. They will also, from time to time, be responsible for designing customer-facing experiences. This role will have the opportunity to collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders across sales, product, design, engineering, and operations – getting hands on with the teams that these tools support and helping to improve their day-to-day workflows.
