Senior Process Engineer

Job summary
The Sr. Process Engineer will lead the engineering team for the Fulfillment CenterWork with operations to improve customer service, employee satisfaction, and cost savings.Manage capital projects to support facility and process improvements.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Responsible for all engineering deliverables with the Fulfillment Center.• Conduct direct labor studies to determine areas for improvement.• Support preparations of departmental budget.• Analyze distribution methods and recommend improvements.• Design and implement process improvement plans.• Manage capital and facility expansion projects.• Support engineered labor standards program.• Maintain facility AutoCAD layouts.• Develop preferred methods/Standard Operating Procedures for the warehouse.
Requirements
• 5+ years of industrial engineering experience in high volume warehousing or distribution.• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research.• Maynard Operational Sequence Technique (MOST) Certified.• Project Management Experience.• Lean or Six Sigma training.
