Join HoneywellAerospace and be a part of overseeing and directing operations for world-classintegrated supply chain manufacturing plant(s). You will ensure the achievementof metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost and so on) in the ISCmanufacturing organization. You will manage a team that supports production,business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Youwill leverage your team's experience and skills to perform activities in avariety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control,total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilitiesengineering, material management, and process reengineering.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Daily execution of site deliverables to customers Achievement of all Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity targets. 5+ years of leadership experience in an integrated supply chain role WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred Extensive manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fosters teamwork and diversity Quick response and proactive mindset to drive results Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others Able to develop strong networks and build relationships Certification(s): Lean/Six Sigma, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, APICS (materials management certification) U.S. PERSONREQUIREMENTS
