Communication and collaboration tools are in place to ensure seamless connectivity amongst team members.Your RoleAct as primary contact for employee benefits inquiriesInvestigate and resolve complex employee concerns related to benefitsProcess and address employee enrolment issuesProactively enhance employee experience with benefits deliverySupport and enable GPS team across current and new benefits programsParticipate in testing and administration changes to benefits programsManage benefits invoice management and anomaly resolutionAdminister leave of absence processes and support employees on leaveWhat You Will BringExperience supporting all aspects of benefits administrationKnowledge of retirement and welfare plans, healthcare group insurance, and benefit policiesUnderstanding of benefits and Leave of Absence administrationStrong communication and collaboration skillsOwnership and proactive execution of tasksExperience in a large public company or leading consulting firmBachelor's degree in related fieldProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Workday HCMThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 79,680 and USD $ 160,560 per year.However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
