As a Senior or Lead Engineer with Hines, you will operate and maintain all building equipment and systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operate and maintain all building systems Troubleshoot operations failures and re-establish building services Act as building systems expert in recognizing deficiencies in current systems Understand and explain the impact of implementing changes to current systems or installation of new systems Minimum Requirements include:
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution Three or more years of experience as a Building Engineer or equivalent facilities technical trade Strong mechanical aptitude Strong customer service orientation and the ability to professionally respond to tenant requests Compensation: $70,160 - $87,700; Bonus pool 3% Benefits Information:  Hines is a global real estate investment, development and property manager.
