Base Salary Range: $150,000-$200,000/year

What You Will Be Doing As a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer, you will take the lead in providing technical direction and mentorship to the mechanical team within your operating groups. Your aim will be to guarantee that all engineering projects meet the highest standards of quality. Additionally, you will help oversee the development of project fees and the timely invoicing and collection of payments. You will also work with the Director to achieve marketing objectives and revenue targets, and meet clients' expectations. On certain projects, you may be designated as the Project Engineer based on factors such as project scope, intricacy, or client requirements.
What You Need for this Position 10+ years of experience from a similar Engineering Consulting firm or Architectural Engineering environment. PE License or ability to obtain reciprocity. Diverse healthcare project design and project management experience required. Experience with project management, fee negotiation, proposals, and kick-off meetings. BSME or recognized equivalent. Excellent Leadership and Project Management abilities.
