Senior Manufacturing Accountant

Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Accountant to work on-site in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting and financial management with a mid-large size company, preferably in Manufacturing, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll.  Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.  Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.  Conduct regular financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.  Manage and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and strategic initiatives.  Mentor and train junior accounting staff.  Assist with audits and tax filings. Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field  CPA certification preferred  Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead position Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting  Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills  Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment  Experience with international accounting and tax regulations is a plus If you are a motivated and detail-oriented accounting professional looking for a challenging and rewarding career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
