Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior State Campaigns Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of our No Kid Hungry campaigns across various states. This pivotal role involves overseeing programmatic, staffing, and budgetary aspects related to campaign implementation. From fostering partnerships to organizing events and advocating for policy change, you'll play a crucial role in realizing our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and execute strategies to advance No Kid Hungry campaign goals.
- Engage with community organizations, service providers, policymakers, and other stakeholders to enhance access to federal nutrition programs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive sustainable solutions for our campaign work.
- Conduct outreach to increase participation in federal nutrition programs, particularly in underserved school districts.
- Provide strategic guidance and assistance to schools, districts, and organizations to expand and sustain their food and nutrition programs.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to develop integrated strategies and solutions.
- Manage campaign budgets, track expenses, and make funding recommendations.
- Represent the organization at conferences and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated success in education, grassroots organizing, advocacy, or related fields.
- Knowledge of child nutrition programs preferred.
- Strong budget management skills and relationship-building abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Demonstrated interest in anti-hunger and anti-poverty issues.

Salary: $ 80,000.00 87,000.00 Per Year
