The primary role of the Senior Manager, Product Brand Marketing is to lead the development, management and implementation of all product brand marketing activities. The Sr. Manager will lead consumer-facing communication approaches for our brand partners and serve as a primary marketing point of contact with both internal and external business partners, enabling strong, collaborative working relationships. In addition, the this role will be responsible for all aspects of revenue generation, developing strategies to maximize sales revenue.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage relationships and strategy planning with product brand partners Manage marketing relationship for of over 100 key brand accounts, building strong collaborative partnerships and communication, while regularly attending meetings to understand new product launches, key performing collections, and sales performance updates Lead the development, management, and implementation of all brand co-op marketing plans on an annual basis, creating and packaging innovative proposals that deliver client focused solutions and sales driving opportunities Develop innovative solutions to increase revenue and execute profit driving initiatives Facilitate and lead experiential initiatives for new product/category launches and brand awareness opportunities Manage and development of all brand marketing touchpoints, including print, TV, digital, visual windows, duratrans, brand POS personalization and digital Leadership, team management, internal relationships Management of the brand marketing team that oversees all brand marketing activities; Strategic partners to the organization for all brand marketing needs Demonstrate strong project management to communicate and execute brand marketing campaigns across the global fleet, working closely with key stakeholders, including the Brand Marketers for each cruise brand to ensure all activities are flawlessly executed on time and on brand Partners with the merchandising functions to develop marketing initiatives that assist in achieving business plan Collaborate with cross-functional groups (CLR, Experience, MP&D) to drive strategic brand marketing planning and execution Financial management Develop and manage efforts to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (ROI) and provide feedback to brand partners and key internal stakeholders on a regular basis Development of annual expense and revenue budgets Build and communicate quarterly financial updates with Senior Management on annual budget pacing Meet with key finance and accounting stakeholders monthly to review key financial reports QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: 7 + Years equivalent Experience Bachelor's Degree in the Marketing Field Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Experience building multimedia marketing plans including digital and print channels Sales and/or sponsorship experience with quantifiable success Proven track record of successfully pitching marketing strategies Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills. Ability to present ideas in easily understood not technical language. Highly self-motivated and directed. Keen attention to detail. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pace environment. Exceptional customer service orientation. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Some flexibility in hours is permitted, employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday and must work 30 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Physical Demands:
Office environment with frequent sitting, walking and standing, occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand and finger coordination enabling use of office machinery. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Oral and auditory enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication automated devise such as the telephone.
