Senior Manager Of Stores

Job Description

This position will be responsible for all warehouse locations, including staff and materials life cycle to support the station operation, regulatory and company guidelines where safety is a top priority.

The Senior Warehouse Manager will manage all warehouse managers and inventory.

Develop KPIs for all stations.
Ensuring all Company policies, processes, procedures, CFR's hazardous material regulations, Department of Transportation regulations, and local regulatory agency policies.
Ensures proper material handling, shipping, and receiving of materials.
Maintains the integrity of the PMI inventory system through supervision of physical inventories and coordinating corrective actions.
Manages workflow efficiency at the Warehouse.
Maintain, practice, and advocate safety and good housekeeping.
Ensure team members are engaged in the operation, and communicate issues and or correspondence in a timely manner to internal and or external parties.
Offer feedback and recommend action plans to employees in a professional and constructive manner.
Strive to improve communication in a cross-functional environment.
Monitor staff attendance and shifts coverage in support of the operation

Requirements

Preferred minimum of two years of college
Three to Five years of airline Warehouse experience preferred
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Oracle, Footprints, and Inventory systems
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of hazardous material regulations
