Job Summary:
Our Finance team is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Manager of Investor Relations to join our team. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing our investor relations strategy, developing key communication processes, and serving as the primary liaison between our company and the investment community. Reporting to the Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategic Development, this position offers direct exposure to the C-suite and is instrumental in shaping our reputation and financial narrative.
Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with investors and analysts, organizing meetings and calls to effectively communicate our strategic goals and financial performance.
Develop and refine investor-facing materials, including earnings reports, presentations, and Q&A scripts.
Analyze market trends and competitor performance, providing insights to senior leadership.
Monitor and analyze analyst models and reports, identifying and addressing any discrepancies with our financial projections.
Collaborate in the development and execution of our global investor relations strategy.
Organize and manage investor events, including conferences, roadshows, and investor days.

Please note that the compensation range for this position is $105,000 - $132,500 + annual bonus. This range is an estimate of the salary range that we expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation is based on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills, and experience.
