Job Posting Title Senior Release Manager - Remote Job Description The Senior Project Manager will serve as a Release Manager for our RxClaim adjudication platform. They will manage multiple releases, working in concert with senior leadership, business, IT and other project stakeholders to meet the overall release goals in terms of scope, quality, issue/risk management and schedule. The Senior Project Manager/Release Manager will provide strong technical experience to the approach of driving out effective planning and management of the release cycle. Responsibilities Manage one or more quarterly releases, working closely with stakeholders to ensure superior customer and experience Conduct and manage the delivery of releases from the RxClaim IT Team. Work with Analysts, Development and QA to ensure that projects in the release adhere to the release process Work with Configuration Management (CM) team during code deployments Contribute to the release management practice by defining the release strategy, scope, schedule, and quality criteria and improving the process where applicable Promote a common understanding of release timelines, milestones, and critical path in order to align project stakeholders and team members by providing reporting to stakeholders and project leadership Interface with all areas impacted by the release, including, business and IT leadership stakeholders, ensuring all release objectives are successfully delivered Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS Diploma or GED is required 5 years of work experience in project management across large, cross-functional projects Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications Strong organizational change management skills, flexibility and collaborative spirit with proven conflict resolution and arbitration experience Proven ability to lead, counsel, influence and find win-win compromise solutions and motivate diverse project teams to achieve stated results through the interpretation of facts, practices and policies Ability to independently drive decisions and think creatively; demonstrated effectiveness at conflict management and consensus building on organizational changes and implementations Ability to manage meetings with Senior/Executive leadership by facilitating, leading and driving discussions Team player, comfortable with fast-paced, changing environment and ambiguity Preferred Qualifications PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Agile Certified Practitioner Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare industry experience Knowledge of multiple software development methodologies 2 years of program management experience 7 years of work experience in IT project management across large, cross-functional projects Minimum Physical Job Requirements Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call, and shifts outside of Prime's core business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear Frequently required to reach with hands and arms Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Reporting Structure Could report to a Manager, Director, Senior Director, or Vice President in the Clinical, IT, Operations Shared Services, Specialty & Home Delivery, or Supply Chain & Innovative Solutions departments Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,700.00 - $151,300.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
