PagerDuty is seeking aSr. Manager, Global Benefitsto join our diverse, customer-focused team! As Sr. Manager, Global Benefits, you will oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of PagerDuty's worldwide benefits programs. You will manage a global team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while overseeing program budgets, maintaining market competitiveness, leading vendor management, and delivering high-quality service globally. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and legal compliance across multiple regions including the United States, Canada, Portugal, Chile, UK, and Australia. Additionally, you will serve as a strategic resource, providing counsel on benefits offerings and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits management, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to addressing employee needs.At this time, we are ONLY considering candidates in or around Atlanta, GA. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Design, implement, and evaluate PagerDuty's global benefits programs, encompassing health and welfare benefits, life work/wellness, leave management, and retirement benefits.Collaborate with PLT and senior leadership to align programs with organizational strategic objectives and ensure compliance with legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions.Provide oversight and strategic direction for the Benefits Service Delivery Partner team, ensuring timely resolution of 2nd tier employee benefit inquiries, strategic benefit communication initiatives, and collaborative partnerships.Develop functional strategies and specific objectives for the team.Utilize market data surveys and industry networking to evaluate trends and maintain market competitiveness of all benefits offerings.Lead the development and management of program budgets for assigned areas.Uphold the benefits philosophy, ensuring equity, and offerings alignment with company values and market standards.Provide consultation and serve as a resource to leadership, HR Business Partners, and Recruiting on benefits programs, policies, and practices.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience with a focus on managing  Benefits functions for a global organization, including at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, management, or related field required, or equivalent work experience.Proficiency in using data and analytics to manage performance, develop insights, and support decision-making.Global benefits and regulations knowledge in various countries, ideally countries such as the United States, Canada, Portugal, Chile, the UK, and Australia.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSDemonstrated ability to design and implement total reward programs in a dynamic, fast-growth, high tech or SaaS environment. Preferred certifications such as Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leadership and collaborate effectively across functions.Proficiency in project management, creative problem-solving, and strategic thinking.The base salary range for this position is 142,000 - 221,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.Your recruiter can share more about the specific offerings for this role, as well as the salary range for your primary work location during the hiring process.
