Key Responsibilities: Oversee the operation and service delivery of ERP solutions, including managing SLAs, customization, system documentation, and architectural integrity to ensure scalability and resilience.
Manage key areas of the ERP ecosystem, including Concur, web store, and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Develop and maintain a roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and EDI, incorporating upcoming features and functionality.
Collaborate with business departments to identify system needs and pain points, proposing innovative solutions aligned with our strategic goals.
Lead the ERP and EDI application teams, supporting both internal and external ERP operations.
Design and implement a comprehensive B2B integration strategy using EDI and API-based connections with partners, suppliers, and customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships across the business through consistent product delivery and effective communication.
Requirements Requirements: 6+ years of functional experience with ERP and EDI systems.
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including system deployment and integration.
At least 4 years of experience in managing technology teams.
A track record of successful ERP implementations.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, DevOps, and CRM/Service Desk Ticketing software.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
