Affirm is looking for a Senior Manager of Contract Data Management with a mix of strong business acumen and a problem-solving mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for scoping & leading end-to-end a dynamic, cross-functional project team focused on delivering a complex, business-critical project supporting our contract data repository needed to drive business-critical use cases. This project has high visibility and impact to cross-functional partners and senior leadership. We are looking for someone with strong project management skills and proved experience overseeing the evaluation and build-out of business systems related to contract data, merging data from contract lifecycle management tooling with various data sources for broader business use case applicability.What you'll doScoping & project managing the development, improvement, and ongoing maintenance of scaled data solutions, including the assessment of best-fit solutions to meet the needs of the business.Work with cross-functional business teams and partners to understand business needs and translate and align those needs into key performance indicators and reporting dashboards.Partner a wide variety of stakeholders, including technical managers, attorneys, business systems, data partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders to scope & deliver the solution, including, developing, refining & overseeing execution of project plan.Liaise across cross-functional stakeholders to identify and share context relevant to the work of respective teams.Provide status updates and identify blockers / brainstorm resolutions; report progress to working group & senior leadership stakeholdersAct as point-person with Legal and Revenue on the new contract data repository, including monitoring & developing solutions to address regarding data integrity and contract update process..Develop operational metrics, processes, and policies to support scaled maintenance & access of contract-related data, required to drive our business operations.What we look for:Prior experience scoping and managing the build-out of a data repository, unifying data from Legal tooling (e.g. CLM such as Ironclad) and other data sources needed to meet business needs with dependencies on contracts.Effective project management & business operations skillsUnderstanding of Business Systems tooling (e.g. CRM)Guiding strategic decisions while facilitating working group sessionsAbility to communicate effectively and serve as a connective bridge with business, legal, product, and engineering stakeholders.Problem solving skills and connecting concepts across disciplinesPay Grade - USA30Employees new to Affirm or promoted into a new role, typically begin in the min to mid range.USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year:Min: $162,400Mid: $203,000Max: $243,500USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year:Min: $146,100Mid: $182,700Max: $219,200Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.#LI-Remote
