Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding Clients: Assist borrowers in navigating various loan programs to match their unique financial objectives and preferences.


- Compliance: Ensure all loan activities adhere to regulatory and company standards, maintaining integrity throughout the process.


- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline, surpassing production targets while delivering exceptional service.


- Networking: Cultivate and nurture relationships within the banking, real estate, and builder communities to expand business opportunities.


- Transaction Oversight: Oversee customer interactions, collaborating with realtors, processors, and underwriters to facilitate smooth transactions.
Qualifications:

- Licensing: Hold a current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with state and federal regulations, as well as company underwriting policies and guidelines, is essential.


- Location: Must be licensed and reside in NC, SC, or VA.
